How to Book Your Session

To get started, simply purchase a session, and Dr. Jo will contact you to send a questionnaire. The questionnaire helps her understand your health background and specific goals, ensuring that your detox plan is tailored to your unique needs.

Once the questionnaire is completed, you’ll schedule a 1-hour online session (via Zoom, Teams, or WhatsApp) where Dr. Jo will walk you through your personalized plan and answer any questions you have. You’ll also receive key details and practical tips—be sure to take notes during the session.

Two weeks after your session, Dr. Jo will follow up with a 30-minute check-in to assess your progress and offer any further guidance. If you need additional support or wish to book further sessions, those can be arranged as well.
