Affiliate Terms of Use

1. Joining the Program

By registering as an Affiliate of Crystal Water Experience (“CWE”), you agree to the terms in this Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read it carefully before promoting CWE.

The purpose of the Affiliate Program (“Program”) is to allow you to share CWE with your audience and earn commissions on memberships and products purchased through your unique referral link.

Signing up for the Program means you accept these terms.

2. Application Approval

CWE may approve or decline any Affiliate application at its discretion. If your application is not accepted, there is no appeal process, but you’re welcome to apply again in the future.

3. Commissions & Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly, or on a schedule mutually agreed between you and CWE.

• Referred accounts must remain active for at least 31 days before commissions are released.

• You can earn commissions on your own purchases.

• Only completed, successful transactions qualify. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputed payments do not earn commissions.

4. Use of CWE Content

You may use any images, videos, or graphics found on the official CWE website for your promotions.

However, you must:

• Use CWE’s approved language when describing products or experiences.

• Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or unverified claims, especially those that could conflict with ASA guidance.

• Not create new claims about health, wellbeing, or results that CWE has not stated.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote CWE through:

• Your website

• Social media

• Email newsletters

• Offline advertising (magazines, flyers, etc.)

You may create your own promotional materials as long as:

• They are accurate

• They follow CWE’s messaging guidelines

• They do not violate any part of this Agreement

6. Coupon & Deal Policy

CWE occasionally provides coupons to selected affiliates or newsletter subscribers.

If you have not been assigned a coupon, you may not promote it.

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading text implying discounts that do not exist

• Bid on search terms like “CWE coupon” or “Crystal Water Experience discount”

• Trigger affiliate cookies through pop‑ups, pop‑unders, iframes, or automated actions

• Use “Click to see coupon/deal” messaging when no coupon exists

Violations may result in removal from the Program.

7. Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) Advertising

PPC bidding on CWE brand terms or related keywords is not allowed unless you have written permission from CWE.

8. Reasons for Suspension or Termination

Your Affiliate status may be paused or terminated if you:

• Use misleading or inappropriate advertising

• Engage in spamming

• Promote CWE on websites containing illegal or harmful content

• Fail to disclose your affiliate relationship where required

• Misuse CWE trademarks or branding

• Offer rebates or kickbacks from your commission

• Engage in fraudulent activity or self‑referrals

CWE may also end an Affiliate relationship at any time if the partnership is no longer a good fit.

9. Liability

CWE is not responsible for:

• Loss of commissions due to tracking issues

• Technical problems

• Interruptions in website or Program operation

We aim for smooth operation, but we can’t guarantee everything will always be error‑free.

10. Working Together & Resolving Issues

If any disagreements or misunderstandings arise, both parties agree to try to resolve them through open, friendly communication first.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to the Agreement

CWE may update this Agreement from time to time. If you continue participating in the Program after changes are made, it means you accept the updated terms.

If you ever feel the changes don’t work for you, you may end your participation at any time.

12. Indemnification

You agree to take responsibility for your own promotional activities and to protect CWE from claims or issues arising from:

• Misrepresentation

• Failure to disclose affiliate status

• Misuse of CWE content

• Intentional misconduct

13. Electronic Signature

By completing the Affiliate registration, you agree that your submission acts as your electronic signature and confirms your acceptance of this Agreement.
