LICENSE TERMS

Subject to these Terms and our Policies, we grant you a limited, personal, and commercial license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to revocation. You agree to access and use only one user account, unless expressly permitted otherwise by us. Under no circumstances should you share access to your account or its information with any third party. The use of our services/products does not transfer ownership or grant any intellectual property rights in our services or accessed products, which are paid for via our website. Redistribution or resale of the products, stock videos, and/or photos is strictly prohibited. We retain the right to revoke your license to use the products, stock videos, and/or photos at any time and for any reason. Upon cancellation of your membership, you are not required to remove previously published works, even after your membership expires. However, after the expiration or termination of your membership, you are not permitted to use the licensed content to create any new publications. This includes any licensed content downloaded during the term of your membership. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, along with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other agreement ancillary to your use of a Licensed Asset, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and representations, whether oral or written.

BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement will benefit and bind the parties, their successors, administrators, heirs, affiliates, and assigns.

NO WAIVER

No failure or delay on the part of Black Magic Vault in the exercise of any right or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof. Nor shall any single or partial exercise of such right or privilege preclude other or further exercise thereof or of any other right or privilege.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, it shall not affect any other provision, and the parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace the unenforceable or invalid provision.

MODIFICATIONS

Black Magic Vault may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version on the Site. The current version at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise agreed upon or specified by Black Magic Vault.
